Virtual Recreation Programming 0 L. Flora I am looking for advice on coordinating virtual recreation programming. What arrangements do you have with instructors to provide quality virtual rec programming? What platform(s) do you provide virtual programs and do you require a specific one? What do you provide for equipment and space? What cost recovery strategies do you use? Are programs pre-registered w/ fees? How do you identify content/instructors that will meet expectations for virtual recreation programs? How do you quality check virtual programs and get customer satisfaction feedback? Anything else for people looking to provide virtual content as part of their recreation program lineup?

Summer 2020 Softball 0 R. Thornberg For the sports coordinators.  How many of you think that adult softball can be played in phase 2?  If the governor allows it, how many of you are planning on playing in phase 2 and what modifications are you making to allow for physical distancing and sanitation?  I heard Vancouver's on the call last week.  I would like to know what the rest of you are doing. Thank you.  Robert   Corvallis Parks & Rec  robert.thornberg@corvallisoregon,gov

Managing Sponsor Relationship during Covid-19 3 N. Markel Hi, we have put a pause on going out and seeking sponsorship. It just doesn't seem appropriate right now especially since we don't even know if we will be able to host any gatherings. We have some publishing deadlines coming up in June/July for a large week long event, I am hoping by June I can try to approach a couple established businesses for a September event. I don't know if we will be have our August Movie in the Park event for over 1500 people this year....everything is fluid.
