Maintaining Our Connections: Ideas to Engage Staff and Residents

These webinars fill up quickly!  Register now and login early!  Webinars are recorded and will be posted to this forum afterward.

When: May 8th, 2020 @ 1:00 - 2:00 PM ET

How: Online Webinar - Register Here

With many park and recreation facilities and programs remaining closed through mid-May and beyond, finding ways to keep both staff and residents engaged and connected to your organization may be increasingly challenging. Without our usual methods of interpersonal connection, how can we create meaningful opportunities for residents to feel heard, appreciated, and engaged with our organizations? How can we create similar opportunities for staff to feel appreciated, motivated, and connected to their work and the broader community?

Join us to learn how your peers are collaboratively creating initiatives and programs that encourage both staff and resident engagement, redeploying staff in creative ways that foster community connection and safety, creating effective virtual opportunities for residents to engage with planning processes and other ongoing projects, and more.

If you are not able to join us live, not to worry! The recording will be available on this page by the following Monday afternoon. All registrants will also receive an email with a link to the recording and related resources.
