Promote your company and products at ORPA’s Heads Up! Irrigation Field Day and Kids Gone Wild! Nature Play dual workshop outdoor exhibit.



This outdoor exhibit offers a great opportunity to connect with key parks and recreation maintenance and facilities staff, park designers, and capital project managers.  Whether you focus on irrigation, natural play, surfacing, or other equipment, you'll have the chance to reach an estimated 85 to 100 park and recreation professionals throughout the day.

This exhibit opportunity includes table-top exhibits. Rates are $75 for ORPA members and $95 for nonmembers.


Exhibitor fees include: 

  • The opportunity to engage directly with 85-100 (estimated) park and recreation professionals from Oregon
  • A 10' X 10' exhibit area with one six/eight foot table and 2 chairs
  • Listing on exhibitor contact sheet distributed to all registrants
  • Refreshments and BBQ lunch for two company representatives
  • Post-training mailing list of all registrants


Exhibit Details:   

  • Exhibit will be held July 23 at Westmoreland Park, 7125 SE McLoughlin Boulevard, Portland OR, 97202. Vendor area is located near the basketball court at the south end of the park (south of the casting pond).
  • Exhibit is first paid, first assigned. No space will be assigned unless payment is made in full by July 17, 2015.
  • Vendor set up is Thursday, July 23 from 7:00 a.m.  to 7:45 a.m.
  • Vendor tear-down is 15 minutes after the workshop ends (approx. 3:00 p.m.) on Thursday, July 3.
  • Each registered vendor will be provided with exhibit space, table, chairs, and lunch and refreshments. Vendors are encouraged to bring shade structures for their exhibit area for maximum comfort throughout the day.

Click the "register" link above. Commercial members must be logged in with their member username and password to access discounted exhibit fees.  Contact the ORPA office for assistance with your username/password.

Exhibitors are encourage to pay with a credit card to secure your company's spot right away. (Space is assigned only when payment is received.) However, you can select the "bill me" option if you prefer to pay with a check.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Exhibitors may cancel as needed; exhibit spots made available through cancellation will be offered to any wait-listed exhibitors. Cancellations and refund requests received by 5:00 p.m. on July 17, 2015 will be refunded their registration fee, less a $25 refund processing charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after July 17, 2015.
