A comprehensive workshop designed to highlight front-line staff in areas of Leadership in Customer Service, De-Escalation and Volunteer Management. Workshop will feature 3 sessions, a program-share lunch and opportunity to network with fellow Parks & Recreation peers. This workshop is co-presented by the Section for Programming Interests (SPRINT) and the Section for Older Adult Resources (SOAR).
