Michael came on board with ORPA as Project Assistant in March of 2016. After attaining a degree in business and working in the airline industry, Michael decided to back to graduate school to specialize in Parks and Recreation as he developed a strong passion for helping people get outside. Being from the mountain-less Midwest, Michael spends as much time as possible exploring the Gorge with his dog. Other hobbies include volunteering for Portland Parks and Rec and he is a basketball fanatic.
